3. Omelette with Spanish potatoes and sausage

For this delicious dish you will need: 3 medium-sized potatoes, 5 eggs, 100 grams of chorizo ​​sausage, 3 slices of bacon cut into cubes, oil, salt and pepper. 

Start by washing the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. Fry them in oil on a frying pan with a thick bottom. Take them off the pan and set them aside when softened.

Cut the sausage into slices and fry them with bacon. Take them off the pan and set them aside. Beat the eggs thoroughly and add the other ingredients as well as salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture on the pan and let it fry on medium heat until the bottom is golden and the top is firm.
