It is hugely healthy for children to play as it allows them to explore the world around them. Through play, children learn to imitate adults, test alternatives, experiment, solve problems and develop their knowledge and creativity. In fact, when children are not playing, it can have a negative impact on the future .

School, sports, dance, music and other activities fill the daily lives of the little ones. They come home exhausted and no longer want to play.

They can imagine that they can overcome obstacles and fears and that they can triumph in risky situations. So their visualizations become real experiences that enrich them.

Play makes children feel powerful and independent, and it creates emotional stability.

Bad behavior

When children do not play, it can result in many situations where the child has a bad behavior. During play, children release tension. When children are not playing, that tension must be released in some other way.

An alarm bell rings at psychologists: Computer games have many limitations and give only a little in return. Therefore, although computer games can be a supplement, the most important thing is free play without fixed rules.

Ideally, free play should take place with other children.
